“We wanted to express our appreciation for a job well done. Not only do we think the building is beautiful and well-built, but the downtown community has also presented us with an award for “Best New Development”. The residents of the building have expressed to us that they are so happy living there and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Dennis, Doyle, and Brad were very attentive to our requests and questions and were a pleasure to work with. We especially appreciated the clean job site, and the protection of the hardwood floors and carpet when the weather turned unfavorable.”
